Re: Pocher F40 WIP
I feel your pain when I looked at those pictures. We used to have a 1987 325e and the car had 195K miles before we sold it. What a great and solid car.
What's next? ever thought about the E30 M3 (very rare though)? It's nice to go car hunting, good luck and work on your wonderful F40 to relieve stress... or create one |

Re: Pocher F40 WIP
So, as many have probably noticed, I've taken a break from this project and the Renault to get a replacement vehicle which took a while, but I have taken delivery, finally. I thought I'd share a photo and tell everyone I will be back on these projects soon! Enjoy!!!
It's a 1995 BMW 540 i Sport 6 speed! It's a blast to drive! BM1 |

Re: Pocher F40 WIP
Well, the weather is turning colder and anyone following this thread knows what that means.... time to get back to building! I am torn as to whether I will continue with the Ferrari this winter, or not. I have been researching the 993 GT2 quite a bit in the last week and I may drag out the Pocher 993 and start on that this year. Have not made a decision yet, but I will let everyone know soon! Sorry to take such a long hiatus, but my business has been very good, even in this down economy, so I have been distracted! The baby is almost 2 and the wife and I are expecting our second at the end of May and I anticipate a cold and snowy winter, so I should have ample opportunity to build. Thought I'd include a pic of the car that I bought way back in April... logged almost 20K miles since then, did a lot of work and enjoyed driving it...
Look for an update soon! BM1 |

Congrats on expecting another baby! Now you'll have two to get hooked on modelling.

I do agree with Tony. I too vote F40.
Can't wait to see more of this build. Mark

Just seen this absolutely fantastic work!
I have seen an original car this year in "brandnew shape" at Michelotto in Padova. Regards HP |
