Re: WIP...Peugeot 405T16GR
Man since I last saw this car it has come along way and it looks absolutely fabulous and is an example of what can be done when time is on your side, not that it probably is for sam1 he is just one great model builder and I love his work.

Funny thing is...I was told that, if the model is weathered, it must compete in the diorama category So, the Pug will stay clean for the contest, and next monday, I will put some dirt in it!! |

Sam I use dental floss on some of the things that need tidying up in comp cars it works good as well and if U can't get hold of medical stuff like suture thread it's very handy and cheapy bought form supermarkets and chemist (drugstores).

Re: WIP...Peugeot 405T16GR
DONE!!!!!
After a couple interesting days, I am VERY happy to report that the Peugeot 405T16GR is DONE!!!! Some pics for you: Hope you like the finished model! I have to say that this is not an easy model to build, specially if you want to make an accurate replica. A lot of work must be done to the engine and interior to get it right, but Tamiya did a great job with the overall look of the car. The key to build this car is RESEARCH. This is an old subject and good detail photos are not easy to find. I want to thank all of your kind words and help during the modeling process. Now, time to find some good photos of ELEANOR!! |

Well done!!! A great work, and very didactic. I took very valuable notes during process. Thanks a lot for sharing your experience.
