Re: ModellingMaster.com - transkits, photo-etched and decals
I think there is money to be made in engines as you can stick them in any model. The old m3 would be nice as the kits are all OOP and hard to find now adays. Even the fujimi one. I would love to see an e46 bmw m3. But the alpine would be good because its not a huge t-kit IMO.

Re: ModellingMaster.com - transkits, photo-etched and decals
Hi guys .
Thank you for your interest. I think the M3 will still be. Renaissance is not bad looking. But there's no engine and chassis. I decided to learn the opinion of Alpin, because I started to build for themselves a set Scaleproduction. And I realized that some additional parts for Tamiya needed. And I also see a very interesting car in '73 Tour de Corse. OK, I made the VIP, and show some results. |

Re: ModellingMaster.com - transkits, photo-etched and decals
On MidMazar's point, I really think that if you made a few resin engine sets for the '98-current rally cars (Pug, Focus, Fiesta, Corolla (easy enough using the GT-Four engine from the T kit), etc.), these would be MASSIVELY popular. I would buy several to use for some serious detailed kits. They wouldn't be too very difficult vs doing an entire car.
In that same vein, I would love some aftermarket parts to use for trunk detailing rally cars. Just some things that might be able to be used on several cars, like fuel cells, etc. Just a thought. Love your stuff! Keep it coming! Daniel |

And from a thing to another, in my opinion those rally car engine transkits would be great! I bet you would sell them nicely. Also transkit of Peugeot 205 T16 EVO 2 would be fantastic, I would NEED them at least two sets. One for Juha Kankkunen's Championship car and one for Matti Alamäki's Rallyecross Peugeot. Renaissances transkit has too much flaws, and Studio27 transkit had too little parts, only spoilers and a couple of other parts :-/ |

I don't actually know the manufacturers name. Everything was in japanese. There was a mother cat and a kitten pictured on the manufacturers logo, crazy Japanese... PS. Sorry for the OT, just posted this if someone else is interested too |

Re: ModellingMaster.com - transkits, photo-etched and decals
You happen to own a copy of a few dozen 308GT4 kits ever produced by an enthusiastic individual, and it looks pretty good for a garage kit.
I can't afford anything more than 10,000 yen for a 1/24 scale kit (at least for now), but I'd love to have it, too. Apparently the next kit will be Maserati Khamsin, which is just as obscure as the 308GTB. |
