Ball Joints? / Air Condtioner
Hello there! I have a 81 Olds. Delta 88'... And im tring to restore/rebuild it back to 100% working condtion as much as possible, beacuse I already had a new motor/ trans put in.
I was wondering what it would take if the time came to replace the uppper ball joints? I understand they are a challenge... Its much like that of tie rods? Also the AC uses the old r-12 coolant... Ive seen thoes conversion kits that make it run on R-134...would that work? A freind of mine did it to his dauhgters car, from a kit he bought at Walmart. Says it does fine. Please let me know the trixs and trades, and ill let you know what other suprises I may have done to it...Like a lil body work...But it cleans up NICE! :sun:
