2015 - Windshield Washer Pump Not Spraying
2015 HD2500 - Recently, I went to clean my windshield, and the wipers activated, but it did not spray any fluid. I didn't think the reservoir could be empty, I had filled it within the past month or so. (And it also has a low washer fluid warning feature, which it did not display).
I added some fluid and still nothing. Checked the fuse, it is fine. Unlikely the fluid hose got clogged, but I have seen that happen before. I got to looking for the reservoir / pump assembly, and the filler opening is at the top of a long, extended snout that leads down below the Auxiliary battery on the driver side. (It is a Duramax Diesel with 2 batteries). I guess I am wondering if anyone has seen this failure before, and if it was a faulty pump, or some other cause? And it looks like I will have to remove the grill, radiator cover, and driver side headlight assembly to get to the unit, unless perhaps it is accessible by removing the inner wheel well liner? Thanks in advance for any advice!

Re: 2015 - Windshield Washer Pump Not Spraying
Sometimes it's just dirt preventing a good connection at the pump. Other times, it's just a failed pump.
