Low oil pressure while idling
I have low oil pressure while idling but not while pressing in the gas and driving? What should I do?

Re: Low oil pressure while idling
Pressure sender was a chronic failure issue on these trucks.

Re: Low oil pressure while idling
Could it be the oil pressure sensor? Oil pump?

Re: Low oil pressure while idling
Wow! I just joined and here is the exact problem that I have on my 2004 Envoy. This answers my question before I asked it.
So now, what is involved in changing that sensor? DIY or take it in? Does all the oil drain out when it is removed? Any help would be appreciated. |
