Chevy Tahoe 07 humming
I bought a Chevy Tahoe ltz 07 a few months ago and noticed a quiet humming coming from the right side. Tires were really worn also uneven wear. Replaced tires + alignment, noise still present. Rear diff checks out, replaced bearings on all tires. The humming starts up around 25 mph but stops when I let off the accelerator. The noise is definitely not coming from the engine, and is only there while driving. The only time it hums without acceleration is when I'm going around a right corner but not during a stop right turn. Very slight vibration in steering wheel around 60+mph but that could just be how she handles. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Re: Chevy Tahoe 07 humming
Four wheel drive? If so, the front differential and half-axles might be worth inspecting. Since you only recently bought the vehicle, unless there are maintenance records indicating otherwise, it may be worthwhile to pop the covers on both front and rear axles for a close look and likely overdue gear oil change.
