Opinions on carbon decals please...
G'day all
I received my kit of the MG Metro from HLJ last week & couldn't wait to get the box open & everything out of the bags. Looking through the bits, I was prompted to think about how lucky we've been in the last few years to have had so many of the iconic Gr B cars released. But it also got me wondering about composite decals... Anyone have some go-to's for mid 80's c/f, c/K & Kevlar decals? I have pretty much all the SMS ones but these appear more modern & look different to the weaves seen on the cars of this era. Even early Gr A for that matter Cheers |

Re: Opinions on carbon decals please...
So...with all the talented rally car modellers here, someone hasn't come up with solutions for doing older pattern composite decals?

I'm not very knowledgeable about CF patterns. I know there are a lot, but I have never inspect them to be historically correct.
I'm interested in what pattern you are looking for. Any pictures perhaps? |
