Failed Smog in CA

Hey guys
Went to the smog shop today. Unfortunately i didn't pass. The smog tech said I only failed in 1 area and that is the 15MPH test. He said I barely failed, every other category No problem. I asked him what he think the problem might be he said he thinks EGR valve but he wasn't sure. Any ideas or solution?

I don't really know what these number mean. maybe a smog tech here might know

Your vehicle NO (Nitrous Oxide) emission exceeds the set standard. NO is a by product of gasoline combustion, and high number indicates a mixture issue. The other numbers look ok. Possible issues include low compression, a carburation/injection system problem, a vacuun leak, etc.
