2020 Explorer rear shock blown

Hi! My 2020 Ford Explorer platinum with 6000 miles on it just blew its rear passenger shock. I haven’t hit anything (no potholes or curbs we ) towed anything or loaded it down. I have been reading about the known chassis issue on 2020 Ford explorers but mine does line up with the date recalls. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this with an Explorer Manufactured after October 2019? My concern is it’s a larger issue and could cause major safety issues. Anyone else experienced this?

Thanks!
