I currently own a 2017 Civic Si. So far it's stock aside from a Cold Air Intake, BOV, and I have Hondata Flash Pro. I was thinking about getting PRL's Big Turbo upgrade kit. But I know I'll have to spend money upgrading some internals and the intercooler if I want my motor to last longer with more boost.
Now, I've been looking for 90's JDM cars for a few years now and I finally found one that seems like an amazing deal. It's a 1991 Toyota MR2 2.2L. It's super clean, 90,000km, $17,000CAD + tax.
It's a car I have been interested in for a long time and this one seems perfect. I was just wondering if it is worth it? I would like to turbo it eventually which I know will be expensive but that another issue for later. I would just like some opinions and insight. Should I stick with the civic and work with that? or pull the trigger on the beautiful MR2?
