1995 E350 Cube Van-will not start
I have a 95 E350 that died the other night...towed it home and replaced the fuel filter and it started right up. I let it run for about a 20 minutes. Shut it off and it would not start again.
The check engine light is on and I removed the fuel filter again and it seems be little to no fuel. I cannot hear the fuel pump running......Is this a bad fuel pump. When I start the engine it sounds healthy turning over. Where should i start or should i drop the tank....if i do drop the tank looks like at he bottom there is drain? Am i correct about the drain. Thanks for any help I may get. |

Re: 1995 E350 Cube Van-will not start
Oh darn, another thread not solved
Did you tow the van to autozone to get a free scan for codes? of course you didn't. There's not enough information in the thread to tell what the problem was or if it was even a fuel delivery problem. You didn't say what kind of diagnostics you did on it. What made you decide to change the fuel filter? For an engine to run, it needs fuel, spark and compression and there could be many different problems causing any of those 3 from not happening. |
