Hello.
Just purchased a used 2007 Torrent. Vehicle seems to be fully loaded, POwer windows, seats, mirrors, sunroof, heated seats. Seller said it didn't have remote start, but the remote he gave me with it has the remote option on it. And the remote is broken. I'm going to order a new one, but before I did i wanted to make sure to order one with the correct options. Can anyone help me? Vin number is. 2ckdl63f776115295 Many thanks Paul |

The back of the remote should have an FCC ID number. That is the number you need if the remote you have is indeed the correct one.

Well I Jerry rigged th remote (forgot to mention the case was in very rough shape). Cleaned the contacts with rubbing alcohol cleaned the pads too. Glued tin foil to the pads that I used a hole punch to make. And well, it actually works. Even the remote start.
