Honda Civic 2005 BALL JOINTS
Hi. I have a stubborn ball joint on my 2005 Civic I can't get out. I think I need some better tools--and impact gun and air compressor. Could someone recommend a cost-effective impact gun and compressor (or electrical impact gun) that might give me enough torque to wrench the ball joint out of the lower control arm? (I already have the appropriate jaw tool to pry the joint, but I need an impact gun to really give this a jolt. I'm driving a 3/4" bolt head. Thanks!!

Re: Honda Civic 2005 BALL JOINTS
Best wrench I've found is an angle grinder to cut bolts. Not sure if that will work on a ball joint on the Honda, but I used that on sway bar links on my daughter's 2001 Mazda. Couple minutes and the bolts were "toast".
