1996 Lincoln Towncar Signature Series wont crank

Sorry if this offends anyone, but I am stripping out a derby car. It's a 96 Lincoln Towncar Signature Series. It started fine before I started stripping out the car. I only cut a few wires which were the ones in the door and the wires for the front lights. I have power to everything when I connect the terminals, and when I go to crank, there's nothing and the anti theft light is blinking. Does the computer think the car is broke into, which won't make it crank? Can I bypass the theft to get it to crank ?
