PO446 code two weeks after new fuel pump
I have a 2005 Impala with the 3400. This past week the check engine light came on with the code P0446 - Evaporative Emmission Control System Vent Control Circuit, which looks like it could be a laundry list of things.
I did replace the fuel pump two weeks ago and don't know if I did not replace it right or something broke in the process. The code was not present prior to replacing the pump. I have tried cleaning the gas cap and blow out the Vapor Canister Vent solenoid. The fuel lines that I can reach were connected correctly. Can not reach lines on top of tank unless removing tank. The Abs and trac off lights are also on, but do not know if the two are related. Any insights to the the problem? |

If you google or site search that code for plenty of info. The abs should be scanned with the proper scanner for a code.
