84 camaro 5 speed wont shift

i have a 84 camaro with a 305 ,5 speed stick. last drove the car in july , today i went to move it and it won t go in gear.no grinding noses just won t go .. cluch is new put in last year but has less then 20 miles on it. if i turn off motor i can put it in gears easily and start car in 1st but cant shift to 2nd cluch fluid is fine.. anyone help...thank you

When in first gear, clutch pushed in, start car, you release the clutch, and the vehicle moves and rpms build until it's time to shift, now you push in clutch, and rpms drop(showing the clutch has disengaged), and now you can't shift, or do the rpm's stay high?
