not having a front plate has nothing to do with the cops radaring you! i live in upstate NY by the canadian border and all the quebec people fly down our highways all the time and are getting pulled over left and right! None of them have front plates. You have no idea how many times i have said "that one will get pulled over up ahead" That is because i know where all the cops sit since i travel the highway everyday lol.

I remember I was in the quebec mountains on this snowy road winding up a mountain i was doing like 20 mph. A qubecker comes flying down drifting around the corner nearly has his back two wheels off of the mountain side just narrowly pulls it back together and missing me in my lane. He was doing about 55 mph in an old beat up car haha.
