Emergency brake light
Sometime in the last year, the red brake light on the dash will not illuminate when the parking brake is applied. It will illuminate when started so I know the bulb is good. I have no issues with the brakes, just no light when handbrake is on. Is there a switch somewhere around the handle that controls this?

Re: Emergency brake light
Alldata indicated that there is a Parking Brake Indicator Switch for my '96 windstar.
I do not know the location though.

Re: Emergency brake light
On the '99, there is a switch mounted on the brake hand control.
