need help with subwoofer
I just got a new pioneer champion series pro 3500 watt 12" sub and i have a 1000 watt class d ken wood amp hooked up to the sub and when i get to about volume 20 the subwoofer shuts off and i retract the volume back a little and it will turn back on i dont know if its because its a new subwoofer and needs its break in period first but if anyone eles knows anything please help me out because i have another of the same subwoofer and it works perfectly fine i bought it off someone before i got this new one. thank you

I would check your connections to your amp. Make sure you have a proper ground and also that it has plenty of air circulation. I think you amp might be shutting off because of overheat or power.

you probably have the input sensitivity set too high on the amp
