2005 Highlander Limited Radio question's
I have a 2005 Highlander Limited with the 6 cd changer / cassette radio with steering wheel controls. I think it a JBL radio system and has the traffic button and text button I do not know the model #.
My question is will this play mp3 music on cd? I inserted a regular cd of Lady GaGa and the songs displayed the song name and played ok. I inserted a mp3 cd with 188 songs that plays in my Durango and on the Highlander only shows playing 1 song but no audio. can't change the song and no other response. Will this play MP3 songs? |

That sure sounds like a "no" to playing MP3s. Do you happen to have the owner's manual for the vehicle?

ROD
Yes I do but nowhere does it state it will play mp3. Funny I did putin a Lady GAGA my wife's cd just a reg audio cd and the names of the songs came up on the display. This is not mp3 just audio. I have a 2005 Durango Limited with builtin GPS and it will play mp3 with name and a play list for all the songs on the cd. (188 songs). Thanks for the reply |
