RAM 1500 dash light ?

I have a 2010 RAM 1500 with less than 40K miles after a recent oil change I noticed when making a slight right turn and accelerating I heard a ring and then noticed 3 dash light on, trac on/off ESP/BAS and the ABS light. The lights turned off after 1 minute or so then it would only happen every now and then but now it is a little more frequent and I also noticed earlier that my gear will automatically go from the D positon to 4th gear on its own. Has anyone had this issue or any advice before I even consider taking it back to the dealer. Thanks is advance
