Hit and Run need more information
My wife was rear ended by another driver while going to work today. She was not hit once but twice. Unfortunately the person that hit her drove on but my wife got the license plate number. She went to the police and reported it but the police did not provide the name and or address of the person that hit her. Furthermore it seems that it doesnt look like they are gonna do much about this. My wife wasnt injured that she cant tell as of right now and the damage to the vehicle is minor however, this person needs to be caught and charged with a hit and run accident. Also, my vehicle needs some panting done to the bumper. What can I
do to pursue this? thanks |

Re: Hit and Run need more information
Take the information to your insurance company. They should be able to help you. They will know what action to take in your state.
