no power. just reringed

1993 240sx just rebuilt. I unplugged the cas and cranked it till it built oil pressure then plugged the cas back in and fired it up. I ran it at 2000rpms for 20 mins. i changed the oil and went for a ride and it has no power. I checked the cam timing. new fuel filter. Is it possible that the lower chain is off a tooth? Any other ideas? It rn fine before the rings bearings and gaskets. One thing to mention i pressure washed the entire engine and engine bay. I am out of ideas. I need help
