What do you need help with? The loading? The mapping? buying a laptop?

What ever map you have might be enough to make the car run, but to make it run right, and with out risk of destroying itself, it will need to be tuned on a dyno by someone who knows what they are doing.

Boost on an engine never designed for it needs to be properly managed.

If you are absolutely confident in the mapping, go for it... of course, it is a sorta crap shoot. I suggest (if you haven't already) talking to a few hundred corolla tuners and get their feedback. Experience will be key.

You don't need a laptop necessarily; any computer will work, its just that a laptop is easy to carry in the car with you. I've done a couple with the desktop in my garage, I just had to have a long cord and park the car really close to my desk Then you need software that will talk. Most OBD2 vehicles that means big $$. The 1995 OBD1 version of my car you can do with cheap software that you can buy on the internet for $80. The 1996 OBD2 version of my car requires $480 software, plus a $180 cable, and its only licensed for one VIN, and only works on that specific car type. I have someone who can reflash my computer for $50, so that's what I do instead of shelling out the cash for my own software.

Corolla-specific forums will be your friend. I don't have enough Toyota tuning knowledge to take you any further.
