Low blower relay location
Hi, can some one tell me where the low blower relay is on a 1991 APV chevy, 3.8 van.

...mmm...probably '92......91 had no 3.8.
..however, the operation of low speed relay will also impair high speed....as feed for the high speed relay coil goes through low speed relay. www.avigex.ca/xport/hvac_diagram_front.jpg Generaly, low speed failure is caused by loss of low speed resistor pack
