TPI Torque Specs

Here are the Gm torque specs for tuned port injection intakes, note some are in ft lbs, and some in in lbs.

Manifold to Runner bolts - 25 ft lbs
Runner to Manifold bolts - 25 ft lbs
Fuel Rail attaching bolts - 15 ft lbs
Throttle Body to Plenum bolts - 18 ft lbs
Throttle position sensor - 18 in lbs
Idle air control valve - 13 ft lbs
Throttle body coolant plate - 27 in lbs
Throttle body cover plate - 30 in lbs
Power brake vacuum fitting - 108 in lbs
Fuel line nuts - 20 ft lbs
Fuel tube bracket bolts - 25 ft lbs
Fuel pressure connection - 115 in lbs
Fuel regulator base to rail - 44 in lbs
Fuel regulator bracket - 44 in lbs
Outlet tube to RH rail retainer - 44 in lbs

Best ET 1/4: 8.35 @ 170mph (275 drag radial)
Best ET 1/8: 5.44 @ 132mph (275 drag radial)
Best 60': 1.31 on the back tires (275 drag radial)
