Thermostat
I have a 99 2.4L GA. Would putting a 195 thermostat in over the 180 OE cause any significant problems? I am changing it at school for our cooling lab. My instructor says its should be alright but I just want to make sure because I dont wanna have to remove the thermostat again as it is a PIA!!

Re: Thermostat
It really shouldn't hurt anything to put in a higher temp thermostat. It may improve your heating output in the winter and the engine will run a little more efficiently and you may actually get better fuel mileage.
