Will not turn over

I have a 2002 S10 ZR2 with a 4.3 LTR V-6. I turn the key over and all the electrical works, all gauges work, When i turn the key to start i get nothing. not even a click. Battery is hooked up fine, cables are good, tried to jump it and nothing. All fuses and relays are good. please help.

Std or AT transmission?
Starter circuit starts at sign switch and feeds the crank fuse and the safty switch and on to starter relay which is feed by IGN A fuse and then to starter solenoid.
Get a test light and check for 12 volts on both sides of crank fuse key in start position.
If good 12 volts there on both sides of fuse.
Go to starter and in park or neutral jumper small wire on starter solenoid with 12 volt fused jumper and see if starter will turn over.
Also check it for 12 volts with key in start position.
Post back what you find.
