Celica/Supra Transmission
I've got a question for anyone who can answer.
can you put a '87-'92 supra transmission in a '92 celica? please help me out. it is hard as heck to find a '92 celica transmission. Last edited by jdmccright; 01-13-2009 at 11:25 AM. |

From what I can gather, the two are laid out differently. The Supras were longitudinal I-6 and RWD, while the Celicas were transverse I-4 and FWD or AWD. You might have better luck with an older gen Camry or Corolla GTS tranny...those are fairly popular.
