ok as you all know what problems i have been having with my car with engine codes 22,34,35 if i remember correctly and replaced all three and all three pig tails and they still come up and even replaced ecm, well i started the car up last night when i got off work since i dont drive it much since it only drives for about 20 mins then runs like shit, but when i started it up last night i heard ALOT ALOT ALOT of clicking noise come from under the manifold, injectors? maybe that would be the problem? if so why would it trip the other engine codes... helllllllp pleeeeeeeease

I don't know about your's, but I have a 91 as well
and it quite running. I have a few scan tools with GM early mid diag cartridges, and will scan the live data stream once I get it going. Once I get info from my 91 with the 3.1, I'll pass it on to you and others. I am going to get to the bottom of the surging, etc, but first to get it running. I'll let you know what I find and yes if you hear muted clicking under the manifold, it very well could be the inj's since all they are electric mech output devices that open and close. Have you tried running a noid light on any of the inj's wiring ? I have a feeling these Multec inj's can clog up pretty easy causing a crappy spray pattern-dripping result. We'll see.. |
