Is my Tacoma a TRD or what???

Hi all, I just got a 2003 PreRunner Tacoma and it looks like a basic PreRunner with the SR5 package, but then it has the locking rear differential, the fender flares and tachometer, which I thought only came with the TRD package. There are no stickers on it, and the suspension doesn't seem to be TRD, but it still sits high. I'm just a bit confused and want to figure out what I got. It was originally purchased in Guam and shipped out here, so maybe one can break apart packages over seas? Any info would be a great help!
