Shorted Somthing Clicking Noise from Engine Block

Don't ask how but I shorted my electrical circuit by accidentally touching the positive circuit to the silver metal behind the PCM, (Engine Block)? It was connected for about a good longgg second before I got to it and removed the positive cable from the engine block.

While the cable was touching the engine, the car attempting to crank itself. Fan clutch got to moving and everything.
I put everything to normal, and tried to start the car. Nothing. First thing I noticed where my gauges, which where outta wack and was denoted my the "Check Gauges" service light. Everything from Seatbelt to Secruity is going off. Mind you I have no Factory Alarm. Second, my "Service Engine Light" alluminated but was real dim.

I checked my fuses and @ my BCM I blew Body Control Module 4. Replaced it.
When I try to start my car I don't get anything but a real loud clicking sound from the top of my engine block. Kind of like a really loud relay clicking. I'm going to investigate further as to where the clicking is coming from.

Found the noise:

Its comes from:

By depressing the valve (Black Cloth is blocking view of valve) I can decrease the frequency of the clicks.
Item Description? Part Number? What does it do, why is it causing everything else to go wacko??

Any ideas??? Any Help is GREATLY appreciated
Thanks

Throttle control motor, this is a drive by wire system, keep checking for blown master fuses also.

I keep blowing a 15A fuse, Number 28 (Powertrain Control Module 1).
But it has nothing to do with the Throttle Body??

Re: Shorted Somthing Clicking Noise from Engine Block

the pcm controls the throttle body and the idle and so on. if the fuse keeps popping, then there is a definate short to ground somewhere. you may have fried wires, or even the pcm itself.
