96 lumina ls has srung a tranny leak
my 96 lumins ls has srung a tranny leak out of the blue but in two days my tranny no longer works my sons work on cars but are in michigan they think its my return line to the tranny can anyone tell me where my tranny lines are so i can check myself?i don't know alot about cars but after being married to a moterhead for 17 years and haveing two sons who are also moterheads i know alittle more than many women.so if i know where to look i hopefully can save my car cuz bf says junk it i say wait lets see whats really wrong.CAN ANYONE HELP?

Probably is a transcooler line, not uncommon...look at the driver's side of the radiator, lines going to and from the tranny case from there.

Wow. I'll bet you can't wait until your BF springs a leak. You can "Junk it" with a smile.
Yes, it makes a lot more sense to investigate the problem than to simply replace the vehicle because of a suspected leak (potentially requiring a whopping $2 in hose and clamps to repair). It's certainly better than payment on new vehicle.
