big upgrade
i have a 99 chrysler cirrus and i was thinking about buying a new engine but its a 91 3000gt the big problem im having is can you make a awd trany into a fwd trany

The 3000 GT engine and transmission are completely different than that which is in the Cirrus.
It would be theoretically possible to make that engine work in a Cirrus, but there would be so much modification to the chassis just to get it to fit. Then major mods to the electrical, drive line, fuel, exhaust and cooling systems, would be required so it would run. This project would consume a great deal of money, enough for you to buy an excellent used performance sedan of your choice, thus eliminating the need for you to modify the Cirrus in the first place. The Cirrus does not lend itself to any significant performance mods, including engine swaps. If you truly want more power, sell the Cirrus and buy a faster car. |
