Question O2 Sensor

Hey guys I hope some one can help me. I just picked up this car from a friend he did a 1.5 to a 1.8 engine swap and i have to replace the downstream o2 sensor. the problem is that the connector toplug into is located up over the passengerside wheel well and the replacement sensor wont reach. my question is did he install the 1.8 harness in the wrong spot or should there be an extension cable for the o2 sensor. if anyone has a pic of where the conection and the routing for the o2 sensor is i would really appreciate it.

p.s. because of the connector i have realized that the engine is a calif. emission if that makes a difference.

Re: O2 Sensor

the original version of O2 sensor to the wiring harness, do have its extension which located on the bracket which hold the inlet manifold and engine block (bracket which near the starter motor). FIY - you don't have to find the extension while you just have to fine similar connector then connect it from harness to O2 connector
