Don't ever look at cars as just imports or domestics. Just because a car is made in a certain country doesn't mean that it is anything like another car from that country. An example of this is Mitsubishi reliability, just because they are Japanese doesn't mean that they are as reliable as a Honda or Toyota.

HU from clarion are supposed to pretty badass, but i cant say ive heard the same on there subs.

incriminator audio would be good for you to look into, i have 2 of their 187 series tens and with only 400 watts i meter a 138 @ 34 hz in bass race, i use the song, i love it by jeezy

You can also look into the RE-RE, RE-SE, and the soundsplinter Rl-i subs. They are all in about that price range with the RE-RE being the cheapest, and i can get them for a good price, but i cant give out the prices sorry.

how much is way below retail. cause i haerd that some shops could not beat internet prices even with there discounts that the store can get as a supplyer

internet prices can be pretty cheap, most authorized dealers have to go thru a supplier (middleman)
