drive belt
does anyone have a drawing of how the drive belt is wrapped around all those pulleys ?????????

Get a Haynes.
start off at the bottom the belt goes over both pullies and make sure that the if fitted with a air compressor (the front pulley) 2 that it is not broken - check it, starting with the front pulley it loops over the pulley above it 3 and then goes back down and around that middle pulley 4 and over the top pulley 5. You have one pulley left, from the bottom rear pulley 1 and the top pulley you need to rap it uner the tensioner pulley T, if you got an auto tensioner, rock the pulley back on a 15mm or 16mm open ended spanner, until you have enought room to put the belt into place. Note that leave the top pulley as the last one to loop over and when rocking back the tensioner easy the belt over the top. BTW you will need another pair of hands to rock tensioner and ease belt. 5 I I 3 T I I I -- 4 I 1__2 |
