92 Aerostar- Heater core leaking

I do not have a ford manual but the Haynes manual says take the glove box off. I did that but still can't see how to get the heater core out. Haynes manuals are not a big help, too little detail. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

Once I found all the little screws that hold the plenum cover on managed to get heater core changed took a mere eight hours, did not have to take dash apart. Most of the problems were disconnecting the hoses because they are so hard to reach. Another one of Fords great ideas.
