Re: SR swap question
a couple questions
1. how hard did you really look? SR swaps are as common as riced out hondas. 2. how much do you really know about cars? sounds like if you dont know the answer to your question, you shouldnt try to swap anything into anything. 3. in a related question, what makes you think for any reason that it would be any different? some advice: go learn about cars on a honda. its easier and cheaper to fix when you break it. not if. when

Re: SR swap question
I agree sort of...research the engine and platform well beforehand so you know what to do in most situations...you dont have to know the engine and car inside out but be relatively familiar with it, it really helps for future references etc...

Re: SR swap question
what i meant by different was that if i were to swap a s13 redtop into a 95 240 chasis, it would be different, or there would be additional things you have to do like the mounts i think was one thing. please correct me if im wrong. but that would be different from doin the s14 blacktop into a 95 since it came from the same chasis it would be fit right in without modifications. another thing i was wonderin was about the harnesses. are all the sr's color coded the same color. i couldnt find anything about this anywhere like i guess for the ECU and dash wiring they are all the same color but are the wiring for the engine the same color for all the years. jsut want to have all the info i need before i buy the engine. thanks

Re: SR swap question
get the harness and ECU to go with the motor not with the chassis.
