Talking Made my p-flow lol!!

ya so I went to buy a nice filter, I took out my huge air box and cut part of the tube because I found it was to long and voila; my custom p-flow, it's loud like hell too, I had only found out later that the filters with the heat-shields on them(like mine) are louder (and are suppose to give more torque lmao -_-). Anyway I like it lol, here are some pics!!

my before and after pic lol

wow, so much more room lol!!

Re: Made my p-flow lol!!

... Woah dude, that's quite a bit of corrosion there.

You should do something like this...

When I first got my Civic, I didn't have any money to spend on modifying it, as I had just threw down $1,236 on a wreck. So, I scraped together $30, and built this beauty.

Made that heatsheild with Aluminized Steel, bolts directly into stock location (A lot of sheering, a lot of measurements, a lot of meticulous bending, a lot of cuts on the fingers ) used Home Depot couplers, and had a steel pipe we had laying around mandrel bent.

Worked great for a long time, then I started making a lot of money working three jobs and such, and took it out for a Fat Tube.

Re: Made my p-flow lol!!

Oh, I'm doing a heck of a clean up myself

Removing all Power Steering, and Air Conditioning components, moving the battery to the rear, and doing an extensive wire tuck (Takes days), not to mention welding up all of the old mounting holes, and getting the bay sprayed with a few extra coats of clear... God it's going to look nice

Re: Made my p-flow lol!!

lol I don't have any power steering or A/C so that's one less thing to move lol.....As for my engine bay, I am finally gonna get my car painted on the first week of november(he should have room then so he says lol) and he is painting my engine bay also, so while the engine is out, I'm gonna take the time to sand and repaint my engine head and sand/clean everything else that is dirty or rusted, it should look brand new after that lol ( for those curious about the color, I had said before I would paint it black but I won't have teh cash fro that and I really need to do it before the snow comes so it will stay red but it will be a darker red, either way my car will look new and the value should go up as well )( not that i'm plannin to sell it lol, anyway I will keep you guys updated when it gets done)
