Unhappy It wont start when hot weather

I need your Help !!!

Hello everybody !
My problem with my golf 96 is that everytime the weather gets hot it wont star for nothing i have to try more then 2 times to get it start n it does this weird noises like if something would it be scraching like grgrgrg somthing like that i dont know whats happenin to it the battery is brand new too n the engine has checked too they cant find the problem i think it is an electrical problm but i'm n0ot sure, could anybody have some idea of what it could be ? thanx lots !!

Try tapping the starter with a hammer and then starting it. If it starts you need a new starter.

Also try wiggling the ignition switch, they are a common failure on these cars.
