racing seats.......

i just bought some racing seats off my friend for 300 bux. couldnt beat that deal!! i was wondering how am i gonna put them in cause where my seatbelt clicks it, it looks like its part of the seat cause when i slide the stock seats up and back that part moves too. please help!!! im getting them next week when he gets his new seats. thanx!!

4pnt harness!!

i think my coisn might be selling his scroth harnesses w/ pads-- but watch out they are pricey like $400+

i knew i could always do that but my friend told me that you cant use them for an everyday thing like the stock seatbelts cause they are illegal to use like that

why would 4 pt harnessas be illegal arn't they safer?

There considered unsafe because in an accident, it would be more diffcult to get out of them.

Why a 4 pt. harness btw? 5 pt is better because you have the anti-sub[marining] belt. I'm sure it's pretty uncomfortable to "submarine" under a 4 pt harness...

shit u would think that we would be able to use them. i would rather use those than the stock seatbelts.

also the guy i got them off of didnt have brackets for them cause he couldnt find any for his nissan nx so he just bolted them to his floor. would any bracket for racing seats fit the set i got? the are Jamex. thanx

submarine? you mean slide under? or what. im getting 4pts when i get sparcos. but can you still use stock seatbelts?

the guy i got them from could still use his stock belts but he said he had to modify them a little bit. i just need to know where i can get brackets for those seats
