Mk 3?
I went to a local Carshow (Here in Winnipeg) and saw my dream.
A GT-40. And now I want one And i was wondering if this was a Mark 3 or what? Here are some pics. Thanks for your help PS, he said it was original, but I'm not sure...

yes to me that looks like a GT40 MKIII. i cant see the engine, inside of the interor, or under the chase so i cant tell u if it 100%. and i can do hands on. u got good tast in cars. my fav is the 1968 GT40 MK I Gulf that is Baby Blue over a nice Red.

Mark III cars have 4 round headlights, among other differences. I think they only made a dozen or so. This car looks like a Mk. I or possibly one of the Safir Mk IV continuation cars made in the 80's or 90's.

That is a replica MKI, no doubt about it. From what I can see it looks to be a GTD replica, more of which you can learn about on www.gt40s.com.
