yah... so i bought a xterra today after 4 months of looking. i hope its good. THANK YOU. i think i made a good decision.

Well I have been VERY happy with mine, so happy in fact I plan on keeping it until the end of time. So did you get the 2001?

well i got the dealer to throw in some aggressive tires, seat covers, and the bike rack. i couldnt talk them into a brush guard. i heard its not a good one anyway.

No brush guard is a good one. They do more damage if you wreck, they limit approach angle...etc...Go for a heavy duty winch bumper!

The next thing I'd do is replace the shocks. A popular choice is Bilstein's. I got the 20% stiffer.
