Excellent Dealership Service
I picked up my 04 TB from a dealership out of town on Friday. I called on Monday for the door key number and a copy of the build for my TB. I mentioned that I had switched the drive system from 2 hi to A4WD and the service light came on. I had to turn the TB off to reset the selector. I did get it to go into A4WD when it the TB was moving. It was in park when I originally switched it to A4WD when I encountered this problem. I got a fax from the dealership within an hour with the key code and the build information with a note that the dealership is going to have the sales person drive out to my work on Thursday and give me a car while they bring my TB back to see what is the codes that are logged. The dealership is about an hour and a half away from my work. If I get this type of service from them they have my business.
Does anyone know what is the best way to switch the drive selector ie. while parked or moving. Thanks |
