Basics
OK, since I have not been involved in Z cars, I need a little tutorial. I have noticed some abriviations here that I don't understand. Z31, Z321 and so forth.
We have a 1985, 2 seater, non-turbo, with a direct line to my bank account. How would I abbreviate that? Dick |

1984-1989 is referenced to a Z31...
1990-1996 is called a Z32... 03-0? is a Z33... so you have a Z31!!!

Re: Basics
The Z31, Z32, Z33 is the chassis code.... most japanese car fanatics call their cars by there chassis codes, like the 92-94 honda civic hatch back is the EG6, the 90-92 Mazda RX7 is the FC3S, the 93-to last RX7 was the FD3S, Most cars you just have to look under the hood or at the VIN number and it will tell you the chassis code. Hope that helps a bit.

Re: Re: Basics
Thanks for the info. I usually have trouble using FAQ's because many times the subject does not reflect the questions and it can take literally many minutes to find the right questions. Haven't had much luck unless I just want to browse.
