Anniversary Z
Does anyone know the increased horsepower and torque for the January release 35th Anniversary 350z? Thats pretty sweet that they are putting the Z badges on it.

I have heard it was supposed to be around 300 hp. I'm trying to find it also. My brother wants to trade his 350z in for the anniversary edition. I'd like to know the price.

yeah, they're probably going to make you pay for the anniversary title. it would be cool to have, but i dont think i will go through the trouble and expense to trade mine.

Re: Anniversary Z
Horsepower is raised to 300, but like the '05 G35 Coupe, peak torque might be down a bit.

Re: Anniversary Z
Yeah I don't see myself trading in my Z and losing a bunch of money.

Car and Driver:
"To mark the 35 years since the Nissan 240z brought the idea of a japanese sports car to the collective consciousness, nissan is giving its current sport, the 350z, an anniversary treatment. The car has new five-spoked wheels, brembo brakes, front and rear spoilers, and a speacial metallic paint called ultra yellow. A boost in hp is also promised when the car appears shortly after the new year's, although nissan will not disclose any numbers. Our guess is that the 350z will get the same 298 hp engine that is standard on the 2005 infiniti G35 coupe. The price tag should be a bit dearer than the $34,860 commanded for the similarly equipped 350z Track." Hope this helps! I want one!!!!! |
