1999 Malibu heater blower problems

I have a 1999 Malibu and the heater/ AC blower, when it works, will slowly come to a halt. It appears that the blower motor is headed for bigger and better places, other than my car. Is the removal process something that will cause me nightmares for the next ten years? If anyone can direct me to a site that has the removal/ replacement procedures, I would greatly appreciate it. It gets very hot here in Arizona and need my A/C desperatly. Thanks.

it's not that bad of a job. You get to it from inside the car on the passenger side under the dash.
