bazooka tube install help!

i just bought a bazooka tube for my '92 ford f-150, but it didn't come with instructions. can someone tell me how to install it?

internal amp? you will need to run a power line w/fuse to it as well as rca's,rem lines,(back of cd player) and also ground it. anything else you need to know?
